Gently You @ Home is a 10 week movement and women’s health series for mothers. With three live exercises classes, Sunday education session and weekly pre-recorded short work out. Live classes are a mix of exercise physiology principals with Pilates, yoga, functional movement and stretching to help you to strengthen your whole body, stretch those tired and aching muscles and support your nervous system.
The series is designed to be more than just an exercise class but to also support the woman and the mother. The inclusion of Sunday Sessions is designed to facilitate a space for you to reset and connect with yourself, purposefully set intentions for the week ahead, support your nervous system balanced with a short education session and topic of focus. Topics such; redefining what health means for you, how to move with your own cycles, how a deeper understanding of matrescence you can bring more kindness and compassion to yourself which in turn helps you reach your goals and intentions.
